Ripe citrus, green apple and white peach open with fresh bread, toasted nuts and a fine floral lift. The palate is creamy yet tightly drawn, with lively acidity and delicate bubbles giving the fruit clear definition. Chalky minerality and sea-spray salinity add precision through the middle. The finish is long and savoury, leaving lemon zest, orchard fruit and quiet nutty depth.

About Dhondt-Grellet
Champagne Dhondt-Grellet began estate bottling in 1986 in Flavigny, when Éric Dhondt and Édith Grellet brought their families' vineyard histories into one domaine. Adrien Dhondt took over winemaking in 2012 and now works alongside his sister Alice.
Chardonnay from Cramant, Cuis and Chouilly forms the core, complemented by family parcels farther south in the Coteaux du Sézannais. The family farms according to organic and biodynamic principles, without certification. Barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts has become increasingly important in the cellar.
