Champagne Jacquesson NV Cuvée 741 Dégorgement Tardif Extra Brut

$259.99

Dried fruit, roasted hazelnut and lemon oil meet green apple, brioche and fresh pastry. The palate is creamy and structured, with vibrant acidity sharpening baked apple and citrus zest. Extended lees ageing brings breadth and depth, while a salty, chalky mineral line drives the exceptionally dry, persistent finish.

About Champagne Jacquesson
Claude and Memmie Jacquesson founded the house in Châlons-sur-Marne in 1798; today it is based in Dizy. In 2000, Jacquesson began its numbered Cuvée 700 series, replacing the previous non-vintage brut. Each release is built around a principal harvest and reserve wines, allowing the blend to change with the year. Dégorgement Tardif editions receive longer cellar ageing before release. The house also makes single-site wines, including Pinot Noir from Dizy Terres Rouges.
