Golden-hued and full-bodied, with honeysuckle, orange blossom and jasmine opening into ripe apricot and white peach. Citrus zest keeps the creamy texture fresh, giving the palate balance without losing its generous feel. The finish is floral, rounded and quietly persistent. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, seared scallops, lightly spiced curries or creamy vegetable dishes.

About Ricco Bambino
Jason Alton opened Ricco Bambino in downtown Kelowna in 2018, combining an urban winery with a wine bar. Working fermentation tanks shared the space with guests amid a bright, garden-like interior. Matt Dumayne was the winemaker at launch, working with British Columbia fruit. The public winery and bar closed permanently in September 2022 after four years.
