Backcountry Widowmaker IPA 4-Pack

The brewery describes its signature IPA as an East Coast-style beer with a light malt profile and a big, pulpy body. That body is documented as complementing intense juicy hop character. Six-point-seven per cent alcohol and 50 bitterness units are stated, placing the recorded malt, body and hop features within the producer’s exact product profile.

About Backcountry Brewing
Backcountry Brewing grew from a Christmas-party meeting where five future owner-operators recognized that their complementary skills could turn a shared idea into a brewery. They chose Squamish—the hometown of head brewer John Folinsbee—and opened the brewery, tasting room, kitchen and retail store in 2017.
The brewing programme balances a year-round core with more than fifty limited releases annually. The tasting room is inspired by a 1970s ski cabin; the brewery also has a kitchen and seasonal patio.
