Rye spice arrives quickly on the palate, joined by honey, black pepper and vanilla, while the high proof gives every flavour extra breadth. The finish is long and warming rather than blunt, carrying leather, seasoned oak, sweet spice and a final thread of vanilla well beyond the sip.

About Freddie Noe
Freddie Noe, an eighth-generation member of the Beam distilling family, launched his Little Book whiskey series in 2017. The name was his childhood nickname, given to him by his grandfather Booker Noe.
After working across distillery operations, Freddie turned to blending whiskeys of different ages and styles. Each annual Little Book release is a different blend, bottled uncut and unfiltered, with chapters exploring bourbon, rye, malt whiskey and barrel finishes.
