Pink grapefruit and lemon lead, joined by gooseberry, crushed sage and a restrained mineral note. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with green apple and passion fruit gaining breadth from Sémillon and lees ageing. A subtle saline edge and gentle oak influence shape a clean, dry, textured finish.

About Clos du Soleil
Clos du Soleil is a small artisan estate on the Upper Bench of British Columbia’s South Similkameen Valley. Founded in 2006, it takes inspiration from Bordeaux in a landscape of rocky soils, long sunlight and surrounding mountains.
Its four estate vineyards are certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Winemaker and co-owner Michael Clark trained at UC Davis and worked in wineries in Switzerland and Bordeaux.
