Granny Smith apple, lemon and lime lead a crisp, dry profile, with a saline note adding savoury definition. Present acidity keeps the medium-bodied palate bright, while the texture remains delicate and entirely free of oak. About La Rivolta
The Cotroneo family established Fattoria La Rivolta at Torrecuso in 1997, making their first wines at its stone farmhouse the following year. The estate is certified for organic wine production.
Grapes are picked by hand and made into wine on site, using stainless steel, wood or amphora according to the wine. Aglianico, Falanghina, Greco and Coda di Volpe appear across its wines.
