Cherries and dark berries meet herbs, smoke and sun-dried tomato on a savoury, Mediterranean-leaning nose. The palate is medium-bodied and lightly peppery, with subtle minerality, polished tannins and a measured touch of spice. Blueberry and dark chocolate add depth before a tasty, composed finish. A natural match for roast lamb, sausages or mushroom dishes.

About Sella & Mosca
Engineer Erminio Sella and lawyer Edgardo Mosca founded Sella & Mosca near Alghero in 1899, reclaiming uncultivated land for vines. Over the following decades, rock was cleared for vines, and the estate grew to include cellars and a village with homes, a school and a chapel. The Alghero property now covers about 650 hectares, including roughly 520 hectares of vines.
Its work with Sardinian grapes includes Vermentino, Cannonau and the rare Torbato variety. Vineyards in Gallura and Sulcis add Vermentino grown on granite soils and Carignano from sandy ground.
