Deep ruby with violet highlights, opening on generous red fruit. The palate is full and soft, with firm but rounded tannins giving shape to the ripe fruit. A harmonious balance of richness and structure keeps the wine approachable, while a lightly savoury finish adds definition. Serve with slow-cooked tomato sauces, grilled sausages or roast lamb.
