Rose petal and crushed strawberry meet wild cherry, red plum and a faint savoury funk. The palate is clean and fresh, with lively acidity, gentle texture and exotic spice carrying the light red fruit. Bright but not simple, it has enough depth for veal or pasta while remaining relaxed and easy to drink.

About Enderle & Moll
Enderle & Moll was founded in 2007 by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, who met during winegrowing apprenticeships at the Kaiserstuhl. A leased Pinot Noir parcel above Münchweier provided the starting point, followed by a patient patchwork of small sites and old vines. Sven stepped away in 2020; Florian Moll is the winery's proprietor.
Spätburgunder, or Pinot Noir, is the winery's principal focus, with sandstone, limestone and mixed-site bottlings. The winery is moving towards biodynamic farming. Its reds are handled without fining, filtration or pumping and mature in used barrels.
