Pink peppercorn and subtle stalky spice bring savoury lift, while the medium-bodied palate is succulent, smooth and finely layered. Gentle firmness through the tannins keeps the generous fruit precise. Serve just below room temperature with lamb, grilled mushrooms or peppered steak.
