Vanilla buttercream and banana bread lead into freshly cut grass and bright lemon curd. The palate is generous but clean, with tinned pineapple, juicy stone fruit and sweet-shop notes gaining lift from elderflower and citrus zest. A subtle peppery line keeps the fruit in focus. The finish is mouth-watering and persistent, leaving peaches, cream, vanilla and gentle spice.

Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers draws on five generations of family experience in brokering, blending, bottling and distilling Scotch whisky. Jamie and Brian Morrison own and run the business from Kincardine House near Aberargie.
For Càrn Mòr, they select casks from distilleries across Scotland, releasing small batches and single-cask bottlings. The company also revived Old Perth, a sherry-matured blended malt.
