100% Blue Weber Agave sourced 50/50 from the highland-lowland regions that has been aged up to 6 months in American Whiskey barrels. After cooking the agave the aguamiel (sap of the maguey plant that is believed to have therapeutic qualities) is collected and is added to the finished reposado. Expect sweet agave, baking chocolate, cracked pepper, caramel, honey, caramelized pineapple on the palate.
