A smooth Loire Cabernet Franc with raspberry, graphite, green pepper and violet. The palate is refreshing and supple, with the red fruit and floral notes carried by a clean, understated structure. Made with minimal intervention, it finishes savoury and composed rather than heavy. Serve it with pâté, terrines, roast poultry, mushrooms or lightly grilled pork.

About Domaine Grosbois
Brothers Nicolas and Sylvain Grosbois made wine in several countries before returning to the Loire Valley to work their family vineyards. At Panzoult, the domaine occupies Le Pressoir, a fifteenth-century fortified farm beside the Vienne.
The mixed farm includes twenty-five hectares of vines on gentle slopes, with Cabernet Franc growing in shell-derived soils and yellow quartz sands. Organic and biodynamic methods guide the vineyard work.
