About Champalou
Domaine Champalou farms twenty-one hectares of vineyards on clay and limestone terroir. The family, headed by Catherine and Didier Champalou, embraces sustainable farming while also integrating the use of the lunar calendar, a method more traditionally associated with organic viticulture. The soils in their vineyards are rich and deep, allowing for wines of great elegance and tenderness; highly aromatic and with impeccable balance.
