Domaine de Marcoux 2022 Cotes du Rhone
$46.99
Ripe cherry and wild berries lead with classic garrigue, giving a fragrant, savoury profile. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity, smooth tannins and a mineral edge that keeps the fruit bright. Energetic and polished through the finish, it suits roast chicken, grilled sausage or herb-led vegetable dishes.

About Domaine de Marcoux
Domaine de Marcoux belongs to the Armenier family, whose name appears in Châteauneuf records as early as 1344. The estate took shape over generations of inheritance and marriage. Sisters Catherine and Sophie Armenier took over in 1995; Sophie now runs the domaine with her son Vincent Estevenin.
The vines have been farmed organically since 1991, with biodynamic preparations used in the vineyard. Alongside its red and white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the domaine makes wines from Côtes du Rhône and Lirac.
