Yukon Brewing Dry Irish Stout
Canadian Beer
Deep roasted coffee leads the profile, balanced by a gentle touch of sweetness and a smooth finish. Toasted-nut character reinforces the dark malt, while the palate remains rich and malty without losing the dry close expected of the style. Coffee and nuttiness remain clear into the final sip. Serve cool with oysters, beef stew, shepherd's pie, aged cheddar, chocolate cake or roasted mushrooms.
Two Brewers Release 19 Peated Yukon Single Malt Whisky
Canadian Whisky
Smoky green-apple candy and ripe pear lead the nose, keeping the malt's orchard-fruit character clear beneath the peat. The palate has good weight, bringing salty citrus, honey and earthy smoke together with a measured sweetness. Peat becomes more pronounced as it opens, while the signature apple note returns toward the finish. The result is distinctly coastal in feel but still rooted in clean Yukon malt. The finish is lingering, with green apple, salt and boggy smoke. Serve neat or add a few drops of water.
