Malt and a gentle bitter note lead into a faint, crisp sweetness reminiscent of cherry blossom. This Japanese single malt is distilled in Tottori, matured in Sakura cherry-wood casks and brought to proof with spring water from Mount Daisen. Serve neat or with a small splash of water.
