Summerland Bench

Pear, subtle peach and tart, pithy lemon peel appear in a clear, crisp profile. The palate is lean and citrus-led. Organically grown Pinot Gris from Summerland Bench in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada, was fermented in stainless steel. Apple is also present, and the dry finish is crisp and refreshing. Production totalled eight hundred forty-four cases.
