Laderas del Tiétar 2017 Garnacha
Spanish Red
Medicinal cherry, strawberry jam and smoked cocoa run through a juicy palate framed by light, sticky tannins. The wine is made entirely from Garnacha grown biodynamically in the Sierra de Gredos. Fermentation uses whole bunches and a short maceration. Fruit comes from cooperative growers, with Dani Landi and Fernando García selecting grapes and advising on the winemaking. The youthful, exuberant profile suits sweet-glazed ribs.
Comando G 2018 La Bruja de Rozas Garnacha
Spanish Red
Juicy red fruit appears with violets, herbs and spice. The palate is mineral, salty and finely textured, with freshness, depth and a chalk-and-granite character. Fermentation and maturation both take place in oak vessels of different sizes, using Garnacha from Las Rozas de Puerto Real. Production totalled 53,478 bottles, and bottling took place in August.
Salvajes de Gredos 2023 Marino Tinto Garnacha
Spanish Red
Wild forest berries and black cherry meet spicy black fruit and Mediterranean garrigue. The texture is smooth, with fine-grained tannins and a mineral finish. Garnacha comes from two sites whose vines are sixty to eighty-five years old on poor sand and granite soils. After spontaneous stainless-steel fermentation and a ten-day maceration without stems, the wine spends eight months in used 500-litre French oak barrels.

Spanish Sparkling
Strawberry, cream and walnut appear in an aromatic, creamy profile with an oxidative edge. This dry rosé is made from Grenache grown on limestone soils in the Sierra de Gredos. Grapes were basket-pressed into steel with little to no skin contact, and the wine spent six months on lees. The vines are eighty years old, and alcohol is thirteen percent.
Bernabeleva Rompepalos Rancio
Spanish Red
Dried citrus peel, toasted almond, chamomile, wild herbs and layered savoury spice sit alongside freshness and mineral character. This oxidative red is made entirely from Garnacha. Ageing takes place in criaderas and demijohns using an established solera. Alcohol is eighteen percent. The wine comes from San Martín de Valdeiglesias in the Vinos de Madrid area.
Comando G 2023 Villanueva Garnacha Cebreros
Spanish Red
Fresh cherries and raspberries are present alongside floral and mineral notes. The texture is light and fluid, with length. The wine is made entirely from Garnacha and comes from Villanueva within D.O. Cebreros. Maturation lasts ten months in cement tanks and barrels. The vines are thirty to sixty years old, rooted in granitic sand and silt above 1,000 metres.

Perfumed and highly expressive, with lifted aromas of red berries, wild herbs, thyme and floral notes. The palate is fresh and energetic, showing ripe red fruit, spice and a distinct slate and granite-driven minerality. Fine, chalky tannins and bright acidity give structure, leading to a long, precise, mountain-driven finish. A pure and elegant expression of high-altitude Garnacha from Sierra de Gredos.

Spanish White
An oxidative, Oloroso-like nose brings toasted nuts, warm spice and apple compote. The palate is dry and textural, with pear, dates and candied-nut richness cut by vibrant acidity. Savoury rather than fruity in the conventional sense, it stays fresh and distinctive, finishing with a gently earthy, sherry-like tang and persistent nutty detail.
Telmo Rodríguez 2019 Pegaso Arrebatacapas Cebreros
Spanish Red
Cherry red and taut, with red berries, sweet spice and balsamic herbs drawing the nose into a cool, scrubland character. The palate is firmly structured yet energetic, its bright acidity lifting the fruit and keeping the savoury detail precise. Peppery spice and herbal freshness linger on the dry, focused finish.

Black raspberry and cracked pepper lead a dark, expressive nose, with violet and slate-like mineral notes emerging as the wine opens. The palate is intense yet silky, balancing power with delicate extraction and supple, nuanced tannins. Freshness keeps the fruit precise, carrying peppery spice and mineral depth into a long, quietly dramatic finish.
