The rosé is estate-grown Pinot Noir from Saturna Island. Its vineyard follows organic farming practices, and the vines are rooted in dense sand-and-mudstone soil over clay with ancient marine sediment. The wine contains 11.4 percent alcohol.

Fruit comes from Falcon Ridge and Raven Hill vineyards on Saturna Island. The site lies in the Southern Gulf Islands, where a cool maritime climate meets dense sand and mudstone over clay with ancient marine sediment. The wine is rich and medium-bodied, with a lingering spicy finish. Pinot Noir is hand-picked from estate vines, and the first plantings on the property date to nineteen ninety-five.
