Santa Barbara County

Cabernet Franc comes from Crown Point Vineyard in Happy Canyon. The site has serpentine loam and clay-loam soils, with pronounced shifts between daytime and nighttime temperatures. Whole clusters are placed in concrete, foot crushed and gently pumped over. The wine is pressed back into concrete for ten months of ageing before bottling. It contains twelve percent alcohol and comes from Santa Barbara County.
