Relatives help in the vineyard and cellar, while the children inspire the label artwork. The plantings include several central European varieties, and every bottle is closed under crown cap.

This gently sparkling rosé combines Riesling, Frankovka, Sauvignon and Zweigelt. The grapes co-ferment before the wine is sealed under crown cap to finish fermentation. Strawberries and cherries are part of the profile, and the wine contains eleven percent alcohol. Four distinct colourful label versions were created for this release and are mixed within the cases.

Vivid cherry colour accompanies a deep, white-wine-like profile with long, bright acidity and nutty flor character. Direct-press Regent juice is added to Neuburger and Riesling fermenting on their skins. Wine from two earlier harvests forms part of the blend, which matures in barrel without topping up. The wine is bottled without added sulphur, fining or filtration, and each bottle is hand sprayed.
