The profile is juicy and lively. Mellow red fruit, dusty herbs and mocha oak form the aroma. The medium-bodied palate includes blackcurrant, olive, mulberry and tobacco, with a generous mid-palate, soft tannins, bright acidity and a lingering finish. Made from organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine comes from South Australia’s Monash Valley and is sealed with a screwcap.
