Australian White
Blood orange, grapefruit and guava accompany tannin in this skin-fermented white blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Part of the fruit ferments on skins in open-top tanks for two weeks, while a second component spends eight weeks on skins in a concrete egg. Elevage takes place in concrete and neutral barrel. The wine is bottled with minimal sulphur, and the vineyards are managed organically.

Strawberry, peach, herbs and red plum define the profile. Dry-grown Grenache is hand-harvested and left on its skins for one day. The fruit is basket-pressed to amphora and oak, then the wine rests in a ceramic egg. Ripe pear and apple accompany savoury-edged fruit and sapid acidity. The rosé comes from Margaret River and contains eleven and a half percent alcohol.

Blackcurrant, dark cherry and mulberry open with cedar, tobacco and measured spice. The palate is savoury and medium-bodied, with the dark fruit carried by beautifully integrated, fine-grained tannins. Cedar and tobacco add mature complexity without drying the fruit, while the texture remains composed and approachable. The finish is medium to long, leaving blackcurrant, mulberry, spice and a persistent cedary note.

Lemon, white peach and stone fruit lead, with fresh herbs, beeswax and a subtle lanolin note adding savoury detail. The palate is bright and dry, bringing crisp acidity together with a gently rounded texture. Citrus and orchard fruit carry into a clean, restrained finish, making this food-friendly Margaret River blend well suited to roast chicken, grilled fish or vegetable fried rice.
