Dense and full-bodied, with detail and nuance in the deep flavours. The texture is round, with firm tannins, length and balance. Shiraz comes from the Borrett family's 20 Rows block in Langhorne Creek. The smaller crop was harvested by hand at the vineyard on 13 March.
