The finish is fruity and slightly spicy. The wine is made entirely from Saperavi grown in Kakheti, Georgia, fermented in stainless steel, and contains twelve percent alcohol.

Apricot, dried fruit and roasted nuts define this dry amber wine. Estate-grown Kisi is hand-picked and partly destemmed, then fermented spontaneously with native yeast in qvevri. Skin contact lasts six months; the profile is full-bodied, supple and rich in fine tannins. The wine is unfiltered, with bentonite as the only fining material, and records 12.5 percent alcohol.

This light-bodied red brings together more than one hundred and seventeen indigenous Georgian grape varieties from the main vineyard in Sighnaghi, Kakheti. White, yellow, pink, golden, red and black grapes are fermented and aged in qvevri, followed by further time in stainless steel. The wine is medium-bodied, with high acidity, and contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.

Orange blossom, honey, black tea and dried apricot shape the aromas. Dried peach, orange zest and floral notes appear in an aromatic, rich profile. This is an orange wine. Kisi grapes, including skins and stems, spent seven months in qvevri. The fruit came from organic vineyards in Kakheti, and fermentation used wild yeast. The wine was made without additives.

Napheri 2023 Rkatsiteli Amber Wine

The wine is golden amber, with orange blossom, caramel and grass. Honey, pineapple, lemon, spiced orange and toast appear on a medium-bodied, round palate with smooth texture, balanced structure and a long finish. Made entirely from Rkatsiteli grown around Gurjaani in Kakheti, it ferments with half its skins for three months in qvevri and then matures further in qvevri.

Made entirely from estate-grown Saperavi, the wine is fermented on white-grape skins. It is certified organic and is also identified as sustainable, minimally intervened and vegan. This was the first release of the experimental cuvée.
