Kozaemon House Junmai
Earthy and full-flavoured, with cocoa and red-bean notes giving the nose a distinctive savoury character. A year of maturation before blending brings warmth and gentle integration to the palate, while balanced acidity keeps the rounded texture from feeling heavy. The finish is calm, softly nutty and quietly complex. Serve chilled, gently warmed or over ice with braised pork, grilled mushrooms, miso dishes, roasted squash or mature cheese.
Kozaemon Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 300 mL
Fresh green apple leads a clean, gently aromatic profile, followed by a subtle thread of anise. The palate is medium-bodied and composed, with polished rice character and measured savoury depth beneath the fruit. A crisp, drying finish gives the texture definition and keeps the overall impression precise. Serve chilled, at room temperature or gently warmed with grilled fish, tempura, roast chicken, mushrooms or lightly seasoned pork.
Kozaemon Junmai Yuzushu 720 mL
Fresh yuzu rises immediately from a sake-based Japanese liqueur made entirely with fruit from Umaji Village in Kochi. The citrus aroma is vivid and direct, followed by refreshing yuzu flavour and a gentle sweetness. Produced by a Gifu brewery founded in the early eighteenth century, it keeps the fruit at the centre from the first aroma through the close, with the bright citrus character remaining clear and focused.
