Deep red with bright reflections, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers blackberry, fresh blueberry and forest-fruit preserve, with clove and fresh-herb notes. The palate is medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a velvety finish. Fermentation and six months of maturation take place in stainless steel. The kosher wine comes from Upper Galilee and is bottled at fourteen percent alcohol.
