Ripe fruit, orange blossom and forest floor appear in an expressive bouquet. Fresh acidity, plush velvety tannins and a long finish define the palate. Fruit is hand picked and sorted, gently destemmed without crushing, then given a three-to-five-day cold soak in open-top oak fermenters. Maturation lasts ten months in French oak before bottling without fining or filtration. Alcohol is thirteen percent.
