The finish is concise and dry, leaving berry fruit, grain and a lightly vinous edge.

Blackcurrant and baked raisin open with cinnamon, roasted fruit and a trace of dry oak. The palate is rich and succulent, bringing orange peel, dark cherry and cherry cola into balance with black pepper and warming spice. A darker chocolate note builds underneath. The finish is long and gently bitter, leaving cocoa, dried fruit and peppery warmth.
