Baked pineapple and lemon sherbet open the nose, with honeycomb, dried orange peel and a soft floral lift. The palate is creamy and delicate, bringing vanilla, orchard fruit and green grapes together with gentle malt and a restrained herbal edge. Triple distillation and unpeated spirit give the whisky clarity, while bourbon-cask maturation adds sweetness without excess weight. The finish is long and finely balanced, carrying citrus, fruit syrup, honey and subtle oak. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.

The palate is creamy at first, then turns assertively spicy, bringing cooked fruit, dried peel and custard apple through a steady layer of peat. Pepper builds without obscuring the fruit. The finish is warming and persistent, with black pepper, molasses, allspice and lingering smoke.
