Les Cortis 2019 Mérune
Green apple and melon lead, followed by lemon peel and a broader citrus note. The profile moves from orchard fruit toward a more pithy citrus register, giving the wine a clear progression across the palate. Chardonnay provides a familiar frame, but the fruit remains individual and finely detailed. The finish is compact and fruit-led, with lemon peel lingering after the softer melon note recedes.
Les Cortis 2020 Neumite
Floral and red-fruited, with bright cherry and a light Beaujolais-like lift. The palate is graceful and energetic, gaining depth from semi-carbonic fermentation and extended skin contact while remaining fresh rather than heavy. Gentle structure and added complexity balance the vivid fruit, leading to a poised, clean finish.
Les Cortis 2019 Uzee Bugey
Fresh, fluid and fruit-driven, with an alpine wildness held in a clean, precise frame. The palate is structured and moderately intense, balancing bright fruit with savoury depth. Whole-cluster maceration brings lift, while ten months on fine lees adds texture before a clean, lively and easy-moving finish.
