Bío Bío Valley

Cherry, strawberry and wild-berry notes accompany a juicy palate with strong acidity and balance. Made from organically grown Pinot Noir in Chile’s Bío Bío Valley, the rosé comes from grapes hand picked in March on red-clay soils. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The wine carries thirteen percent alcohol and is served between ten and twelve degrees Celsius.
