A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.

Mas Gabinele 2020 Faugeres
A dark and expressive Languedoc red showing intense aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and plum layered with garrigue herbs, cracked pepper, and hints of olive tapenade. The palate is structured and Mediterranean in feel, with ripe but firm tannins, fresh acidity, and a concentrated core of dark fruit wrapped in savoury spice and stony minerality from the schist soils of Faugères. Powerful yet balanced, finishing long and slightly smoky with lingering black fruit, herbs, and a distinctly mineral edge.
Cobos 2022 Bramare Chardonnay
On the palate, the wine is generous, but never showy. It arrives full-bodied, textured like silk brushed over stone, its richness framed by a quiet acidity that keeps every curve in balance. Ripe peach and citrus peel unfold slowly, grounded by a subtle, flinty minerality - like the soil itself is speaking. There's a hint of cream and toasted hazelnut, a gift from the oak.
Bunan 2021/24 Mas De La Rouviere Rose
This Bandol is a stylish and organic Provencal rose with a lovely coral-pink color and expressive crushed-berry scents. The fruity freshness is balanced with an air of herbes de Provence and a mineral richness on the palate. Deliciously full-bodied makes it a great pairing for a wide variety of dishes or perfect on its own.
