90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
Full-bodied and fresh. Clear-cut and savoury aromas of strawberries and pomegranates. Dark berries nad toast on the palate. Firm mousse and tiny bubbles, it’s rich on the palate with a light and delightful red fruit taste.
80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
The maison’s grand cuvée. During the harvest, the finest grapes from the top vineyard sites are selected and only the first press juice is used. It is generous and harmonious, with fine, delicate citrus notes on the palate.
100% Pinot Noir made by maceration with all of the skins in contact with all of the juice - yet remains incredibly elegant in both weight and style.
In the glass it has a wonderful, fresh Pinot Noir nose of strawberry fruit and forest air intrigue.
