Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier DOM Zero Riesling is a bright, refreshing alcohol-free Riesling with aromas of green apple, white peach and citrus blossom. The palate is gently sweet, with juicy orchard fruit and lively acidity providing balance and freshness. Light-bodied and clean on the finish, it is best served well chilled as an aperitif or alongside spicy dishes, salads and lighter fare.
