Clean lime and citrus notes meet hints of red apple over a mineral base in this alcohol-free sparkling Riesling. The finish is slightly off-dry and relatively long. Gentle vacuum distillation at about 30 degrees Celsius removes the alcohol while preserving the wine’s Riesling character. Alcohol is 0.0 percent, residual sugar is 40 grams per litre and total acidity is 7.4 grams per litre.
