Stewed fruit and warming spice lead a rich, aromatic profile, with clove, cinnamon and marjoram adding depth. Grape tannins provide structure while wormwood contributes floral, gently hoppy bitterness. The palate is rounded and bittersweet rather than sugary, carrying an earthy herbal note into a clean, spiced finish. Serve over ice with orange peel, or use as the sweet-vermouth element in a non-alcoholic Manhattan, Negroni or Boulevardier.
