Grape tannins provide structure while wormwood contributes floral, gently hoppy bitterness. The palate is rounded and bittersweet rather than sugary, carrying an earthy herbal note into a clean, spiced finish. Serve over ice with orange peel, or use as the sweet-vermouth element in a non-alcoholic Manhattan, Negroni or Boulevardier.
