Dry, bright and refreshing, this super-dry rice lager shows pale-straw colour, crisp lager-yeast aroma and slight sweetness. The official brewer’s notes record delicate malt flavours, high carbonation, subtle bitterness and a thirst-quenching finish. Brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked rice, it uses Magnum, Saaz and Cascade hops and is listed at four-point-six per cent alcohol.
