Grapefruit, strawberry tea and raspberry pastry lead a complex, savoury profile. The palate is aromatic and gently textured, with spice and a fine tannic grip from skin contact balanced by ripe, rounded fruit. Seven months on the lees add breadth without dulling the freshness. Serve lightly chilled with grilled vegetables, salmon, charcuterie or dishes carrying gentle heat.
