Green apple and grapefruit lead with citrus oil, lime and a subtle floral lift. The palate is lively and sculpted, its fine mousse carrying bright fruit over chalk and a distinct saline edge. Almond, apricot and a light smoky-pepper note add depth to the tense, mineral finish.
