Bruised apple and ripe pear open with ginger, coriander and a savoury hint of hay. The palate is dry, rich and layered, combining orchard fruit with honeycomb, beeswax and saline minerality. Nutty depth, baking spice and a light waxy texture carry through the long, distinctive finish.
