Temporal Eternal Return Barrel-Aged Wild Ale 500 mL

Four beers matured in oak for 20, 28 and 36 months make up this anniversary blend. Forty-two per cent comes from two three-year barrels: one bourbon cask with wood character, the other with strong Brett-derived funk. A highly acidic, lemony and tart portion and a younger, more balanced component complete the finished blend, which is documented at five per cent alcohol.
