Envyfols 2023 Chardonnay Pays D’Oc

An aromatic Chardonnay with fresh herbs, cut grass and ripe peach, followed by touches of honey, citrus and spice. The palate is supple and rounded, balancing orchard-fruit richness with enough acidity to remain lively. A gentle sweetness of fruit carries through the stony finish, making this an appealing match for roast chicken, creamy vegetables or lightly spiced seafood.

About Lavau
Formerly from St Emilion, the Lavau Family has been involved in winemaking for several generations. They have been making wine in the Rhône Valley for 40 years. Today the cellar is managed by brothers Benoit and Frederic Lavau. The goal from the beginning has been simple: produce classic, engaging yet affordable wines that are approachable whilst retaining that traditional refined aesthetic associated with French Wine.
