Light green-yellow in colour, this Basque cider carries fresh fruit and floral aromas. The official denomination profile describes a balanced palate, with freshness and acidity characteristic of the coastal climate and local soils. Home-grown apples form the basis of the blend, including Txalaka, Urtebi Txiki, Urtebi Handi, Goikoetxe and Errezila varieties from the Aia and Zarautz area.
