Green apple, lemon rind and blanched almond lead, with white flowers and a gentle note of pie crust. The palate is crisp and bright, its fine bubbles framing orchard fruit and citrus with a light creamy texture. Dry, balanced and lively, it closes on a clean, delicately biscuity finish.
