Fresh apple defines the aroma, with subtle floral and herbal notes around the fruit. Eight years in oak bring additional complexity while preserving a clear apple character and smooth texture. The palate remains centred on orchard fruit, and the finish carries gentle oak and apple through the close. Extended barrel maturation adds depth while keeping the refined fruit character clear and direct.
