The palate is fine-boned and refreshing, balancing gentle roundness with lively acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Made entirely from Pinot Gris in Reuilly, it is a polished, understated rose rather than an overtly fruity one. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, charcuterie, summer salads or fresh goat cheese.
