Sweet fennel and earthy anise lead the aroma, with mint, lemon balm and a restrained citrus note adding freshness. The palate is intensely herbal yet composed, combining black-liquorice depth with cooling mint and the firmer bitterness of wormwood. Water softens the texture and opens the botanicals. The finish remains long and aromatic, carrying anise, herbs and light citrus with measured warmth.
